Welcome to the VAFC Travel Registration Page! As our travel program aims to develop the next level in youth soccer, you must tryout for a team.
FEES
Checks payable to: Valley AFC
The club fee includes the following:
Valley AFC is non-profit and your fees directly cover the expense of your child being on a team - referees, VYSA registration fee and insurance, field equipment, club fees, league and county fees, office operations, BRCL fees, team training, trainers, winter futsol, administrative costs, etc.
The club fee does not cover: uniforms, the cost of tournament traveling and anything above and beyond the above list of covered items.
Fees for 2008/2009
U10 Academy program: $100.00 per season
U11-U14: $325.00 for two seasons ("Select" team players will be asked to pay an additional $100 to cover coach's salary)
U15-U18: $275.00 for one season Valley AFC will charge $25.00 for all returned checks. Non-payment could result in pulling the player's pass, making the player ineligible to play league and tournament games. |
After you are selected to a team after Tryouts: 2008/2009 forms not available until after May 2008.You need to complete some paperwork and return it to your team manager/coach by June 14, 2007. The forms are available on www.valleyafc.org; select Travel then Travel Documents. The team manager will be contacting you shortly for a team meeting prior to June 14, 2007.

Medical Release Form: please note that this must be fully completed, signed by parent or legal guardian, and notarized .
Player Information Form: note this also must be completed in full and must be signed by parent or legal guardian)
- Player's original birth certificate is needed only if you are a new player and/or a prior player pass is not available.
Or
- Birth certificate should not be needed if a player was previously issued a player pass either through VAFC or another travel soccer club within past 2 years (we will need your old player pass).
- One wallet size school/passport type photos of player ( 1" by 1" inch)
- Check payable to Valley AFC for Travel Fees
