About Xpress Travel

The Xpress is Valley AFC’s Travel Program serving boys and girls from U11 through U19 in the Roanoke Valley. The primary focus is to give players an opportunity to develop and play at an advanced level, in a highly competitive yet supportive environment.

Highlights

Professional Directors
Professional Coaching Staff - each team is coached by a professional (paid) coach
Practices
- In season:
  - Teams practice two days a week
  - Extra Training: Technical Training, Conditioning & Fitness and Goalkeeper Training is available in addition to team practices
- Off season, indoor training is available during the winter (included in travel fee)
On average, 2-3 tournaments per season

U15 – U19: Fall season only

Team Designations

We will field as many teams in an age group as the talent pool allows. Here is how we designate the teams:

*You will have the ability to have your child opt out of being on the top team, Green, by checking "Please do not consider for Green Team" on the tryout registation form.
